Had BA 2012. Today, felt lump-inner bottom corner of R breast. Feels like small, squishy marble that moves & disappears when I push firmly, & pops back when I remove pressure. No visible rippling/change in outward appearance. I'm 30-have never felt a nodule/lump in breasts. Other threads lead me to believe it's a fold/ripple, however, I have silicone gel implants partially under the muscle. Thought folding/rippling was rare w/ these implants. Making appt with my PS, but wanted opinions here too.

When implants are placed below the pectoralis muscle this can trigger intermittent muscle spasm that may feel like vibrations. This should resolve with time.
