I got an upper blepharoplasty and browpexy. How can this be fixed?

I got an upper blepharoplasty and on only one eye a browpexy(I did not think I needed this but was talked in to it) now it was on only one eye and the brow pexy seems to have fallen down into my eye inscision. I can feel the bump and the sutures poking. How can this be fixed I am only 2.5 weeks post opp

It sounds like the browpexy anchor/ suture has failed but only your surgeon has the information to determine the problem and the solution. Please see your surgeon right away and hopefully you will get the result you were looking for.

to respond to your question as your description is difficult to understand.  If your surgeon is a board certified plastic surgeon, he/she should share your goals for the best outcome possible and if you are truly worse, he/she should be motivated to fix it for you as social media allows those with poor outcomes and uncaring surgeons to vent to the world.  Surgeon's hate one star reviews but if true, patients are entitled to post them everywhere.

Are you able to provide some photographs of your current situation. Typically after surgery it can be quite difficult to do another corrective procedure as there is swelling and bruising which needs to settle before one can plan further surgery.Have you consulted your surgeon to look at this issue because this could make a difference to the outcome.
