Thank you for your question. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. Keep in mind that you are continuing to heal, and you should see some changes after your procedure. The effects of a brow lift are permanent.

Thank you for sharing your concerns and photos. I agree with the other doctors that your brows are in the correct position and Botox injections can give a slight additional elevation if desired. You should not have additional brow surgery. I hope this helps.Good luck,

Post operative swelling will absolutely make the brow look much more full.  You have a very nice post operative result, with a very even and pleasing looking brow.  I wouldnt recommend any further lifting.  That being said, botox or dysport could certainly help give you additional lift if you would like.  To be honest though, you look great. 

You will initially appear higher due to the swelling.  As that resolves the brow will settle.  You are definitely higher now than pre-op especially in the medial brow near the nose, with a better shape and curve to the brow.  If you want it higher, ask your surgeon to use some botox and you may be able to get a little more lift.  But I think it looks pretty good as it is. 

I agree with Dr. Martin.  With swelling the brows will initially appear higher.  Your postop results look good.  I really would not suggest any additional lifting.
