Red light therapy & RF: can these at-home treatments melt fillers?

Does red light LED therapy or at home radio frequency device harm facial fat or melt fillers? I have the lumiere rouge which Im seeing good results from but I want to make sure I'm not damaging fat or my fillers. Thanks!!
