i suggest you speak to your physician if you are concerned. it is normal to have redness, swelling, scabs for many days after microneedling.  post care is essential at this point.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hi, 
1 day post-procedure is a very early time (i think it has not yet been 24 hours). They (red points) are probably the entrance points of the microneedles, so even though i do not see  any photos, it is better to wait for a few days to worry about.

Microneedling using the patient's own PRP and performed by an experienced physician is a great way to improve texture, stimulate high-quality collagen growth and diminish the appearance of scars. It is normal to experience pinpoint dots, dry skin, or mild redness after the session. Usually the skin will recover completely after three days. It is important to follow the recommended skin care and sun protection afterwards.
