1 day post microneedling. Areas on my cheeks and nose have pinpoint red dots. Are these broken capillaries? Will they go away?

i suggest you speak to your physician if you are concerned. it is normal to have redness, swelling, scabs for many days after microneedling.  post care is essential at this point.  Best, Dr. Emer.

1 day post-procedure is a very early time (i think it has not yet been 24 hours). They (red points) are probably the entrance points of the microneedles, so even though i do not see  any photos, it is better to wait for a few days to worry about.
