Both PIP extra-capsular and removed with caps. Prominent silicone lymph nodes left in both sides and around ribs when pathology states acute inflammation. Can you see the silicone in my rib cage area in the MRI scans? And what would you do with it as it feels stuck and I’m still no better. Also would you remove prominent silicone lymph nodes? I also would like to know what all that stuff is in my collar bone area and armpits please. Thanks.

If you are in good health and cleared to have anesthesia you can elect to have your implants removed at any time. After an examination your surgeon will let you know if it is recommended that the capsules be removed as well. Costs will vary by surgeon and region.
It's hard to render an opinion without an examination. It could be scar tissue or potentially a hematoma. It is best to schedule a visit with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.
