Roaccutane thins the skin. Is it safe to have Botox and dermal fillers whilst taking roaccutane for a long time?

 There are no contraindications to using Accutane and Botox simultaneously.  Accutane treats the oil glands and follicles in the skin while Botox reaches the muscle. As for filler, withhold doing the treatment, with Accutane  some people become excessively dry and chapped and the dryness is exacerbated by the filler. If you developed tiny skin cracks from the dryness, you may develop more surface bacteria on your skin and increase the risk of the filler becoming infected
