I had a bilateral mastectomy in June, 2012, then tissue expanders put in on Dec 26. I've had 5 fill ups, a total of 540cc so far. My new breast mounds look very fattened - not round projections as I see in other progress pictures. It's almost like I have a band across the middle of my chest that is restricting muscle expansion on both sides. I am due for one more fill up. How will the implants ever look normal if the expanders don't create round breast mounds? BTW, expanding process was painful.
