Ptosis surgery revision question (Photo)

I had double ptosis and blepharoplasty. Right after the procedure, my right eyelid swelled and bruised a lot. Dr said it would go away. 2 months after, skin looks tighter, but ptosis was not corrected. Left eye looks pretty good. Dr said that excessive swelling could have caused internal stitches to break and wants to do a revision. Should I seek a 2nd opinion or trust this Dr.? What if insurance doesn’t cover and he wants to charge me? Please see pics, is it just me or right crease is too high?
