Hello! Yes, there are several options to help with crater-like scars. One of which is microneedling, which builds collagen in the treated area with time to even out the scar with time. Another option is injecting a micro-amount of dermal filler, that which would instantly fill the scarred area, but would not last indefinitely.

Thank you for your question and photographs. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through this type of forum, but from what I can see, it looks like atrophic scarring. Treatments that cause injury to the skin resulting in subsequent collagen formation can be effective. Such treatments include laser therapy, microneedling, chemical peels, etc. Injectable fillers can be an option, such as Bellafil, so I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon to have your scar evaluated and to discuss appropriate treatment options.
