Greetings: I am considering microneedling. I have been reading reviews and am concerned about Grid marks mostly. IF they occur and persist am I responsible for getting them corrected on my own, or would a Dr.s office correct it for me at their expense. Also would they do another microneedling or something else to correct them? I have been correcting bad filler for two years and now need to fix the dents left on my face from that (hylenex) hate to trade one problem for another.
