* 1st Breast augmentation 4 years ago * 1st surgeon placed implants about 2 cm below natural creases * Implants were removed due to unwanted low placement, rippling (saline), and animation deformity * Removed 4 years ago. * Original creases reformed w/ scars 2cm below each breast If I have implants placed again in my natural creases, what will happen if I have parallel scars (higher than old scars) below my breasts? Will the tissue bulge out between parallel scars? (see picture)

I am so sorry about all the trouble you have had. Only an implant will help stretch out and keep the tissue stretched to help reshape your breasts. Fat will not stretch the scarred areas well and will not be even. A tissue expander first placed to reshape your breast prior to an implant might be...

I would suggest using mesh to reinforce the weak area of your lower breasts and to go with smaller implants that will not place as much weight on this weak area. Do not go larger.
