Is there an effective scar cream/serum to fade this scar on my nose? Or is surgery my only option? (Photo)

There are two issues here. One is the indentation of the scar and the second the loss of pigmentation. Subcision, which I have been peforming since 1995, is a simple and relatively inexpensive procedure for elevating and smoothing all kinds of indented scars that has a proven record of safety and efficacy. Manually performed Dermastamp microneedling (no need for the additional expense and risks of RF microneedling) supplemented by the application of prescription pigment enhancers, such as lanatoprost, can then be used to restore pigmentation. Revision surgery, on the other hand, especially in an area subject to a great deal of static tension, such as the dorsum of the nose, runs the great risk for the subsequent development of an unsightly stretch scar and tram track stitch marks.
