due to hormonal changes during pregnancies, it is very common to have small "broken" capillaries here and there. Most of them will subside after pregnancy during 1st year, otherwise it can be removed with laser or even sclerotherapy (bigger ones).
It is quite common for broken capillaries to appear in the skin during pregnancy. Some of these will recede in a few months after you deliver. Any that are left can be treated very effectively with a laser. A consultation with a board-certified dermatologist experienced in laser treatments is a good place to start. Keep your skin sun-protected to prevent additional capillaries from sun exposure.
