Whats the most minimally invasive way to correct this meaning reduce and even out? I heard of one procedure using endoscopy. How effective is that? How much would it cost? More importantly, what would my scars look like long term after surgery and the possible risk?

Answer: Brow bone correction Thank you for your question. Judging from your concerns, it appears that you are looking for an endoscopic frontal bone reduction. Typically, an incision is made slightly behind the hairline in one or two location depending on the areas to be treated. The region to be treated is dissected and then an acorn burr (or similar device) is used to smooth down the bone underneath the skin and muscle. Would find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and request a consult. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Protruding Brow Bone The fullness above the brows can be reduced by trimming the underlying bone through a hairline incision which is hidden by burying hair follicles under the incision. Select a surgeon who is experienced with this technique.
