Thank you for your question.  Brow lift can be asymmetrical in the first few weeks.  Final results take 6 months.  If there is dramatic asymmetry after 6 months, a revision may need to be performed.  Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Best Wishes

Dear ch8233333,You should remain patient as your brows are continuing to heal and perhaps swelling could be the main cause of your uneven eyebrows. My question is, when did you last speak with your board certified facial plastic surgeon who performed your lift? You should schedule another appointment so that your surgeon can monitor your healing and so you can have a better grasp of the outcome. Rest assured, you will be happy with the result once the healing takes place and the swelling subsides.

I'm glad to hear that your brows function correctly. Dramatic asymmetry with brow lifting surgery can occur, but give your body more time to heal. Occasionally it is technique dependent.  Muscle frontalis muscle weakness on the low brow side, nerve weakness, or loss of support of the forehead skin is all possible. Having said that, you most likely had brow asymmetry before surgery, and it is possible the surgery just enhanced this asymmetry. Whatever the reason, you are early out from surgery. procedure do happen and though it could be from swelling, it is more likely due to something happening on the low side that allowed it to drop back such as failure of anchoring devices and even technique.  Regardless, you are in the healing phase and you must complete that before you can consider options for improving your results.  You should find out what your surgeon's revision policy is as there is a reasonable chance you will need this.  In the meantime, let your surgeon guide you through the recovery process and hopefully it may resolve on its own.
