As I was adopted I have limited medical history. I have had several breast cancer scares over the years and after my adoptive mum whom died through breast cancer am very scared. I had a total hysterectomy in 2000 aged 34 and was on HRT until last year when was advised to stop due to breast cancer risks. I have hot flushes, disturbed sleep, extreme joint pain in hips and knees since I stopped taking it. I would prefer to have this done so can get on with my life and take HRT again if needed.
