Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Thank you for your question. Although the scar is still undergoing maturation, I would recommend treatment either via injections, or laser to start. If this is not successful, revision surgery could be considered. All the best.

This can happen. While unfortunate, it can be helped. I would have you come in for hair grafts. We do many women's hairlines.
We would move the scar backwards that way.

Hypopigmented scars are quite common after any kind of surgery. I have had gratifying results with treating these with professional microneedling accompanied by the application of prescription-strength pigment enhancers, such as tyrosine and lanatoprost.
