I'm a hairdresser. I want a tummy tuck/inc. muscles & breast lift at the same time. How long would I need to be out of work?

I've had consultations and they've all told me I would need the muscles also repaired in the tummy. I know this is more extensive. What is a realistic expectation as far as my time off of work. As I mentioned I'm a hairdresser which I think may be important to this question since I stand and keep my arms raised most of the day.
