Could hair loss be related to my breast implants?

It is highly unlikely that your hair loss would be related to breast implants. You don't state your age but it's important to note that MANY women experience hair thinning (AGA) in the perimenopausal period. I would also suggest you start 5% topical minoxidil (available over the counter) daily to help reduce hair loss and miniaturization going forward.
