Front is thick and dense and has not shown any signs of loss in the 7 years or so I've had my crown thinning more and more. It has isolated itself strictly to my crown and very, very minimal thinning in mid scalp. I am currently on Minoxidil and Fin for the past 3 months, and has shown improvement in growing hair, when i started i did not have any of the miniature white hairs you see in one of the photos now my crown is basically covered in them.
Answer: Hair Transplant Hello, Yes, you can have hair transplant. You will need around 5500-6000 grafts to achieve full coverage on the crown. Only the back of the head will not be enough for donor with 1 session, if you have body hair such as beard and chest, those can be used as alternative donor areas. If you do not have body hair you will need 2 sessions.

Answer: Hair loss — spironolactone/finesteride, PRP/acell/exosomes, emeragecosmetics Restorsea spray, Viviscal, anteageMD stem cells you will need hair transplant. but start prp/acell for now to thicken what you have left and stat theradome asap (see link). You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hairless its best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization plus scalp biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss. In general most people with early hair loss have telogen (stress related) and/or androgenetic (normal aging) and both can be treated with in office treatments like steroid injections, PRP/acell, Exosomes and at home treatments like oral medications, oral vitamins like Viviscal, topical exfoliating sprays like Restorsea, and weekly growth factors like anteagemd. See an expert for an evaluation. If hair loss is significant it may requires hair transplant (follicular unit translation).

Answer: Hair transplant It is always best to visit with a specialist for an in person examination. Here you will have the opportunity to discuss your goals and what you can expect in terms of results. You may be a candidate for SmartGraft. This hair loss treatment transfers individual grafts from the donor site to the areas needed. It is performed under local anesthetic with minimal down time. Most patients report little to no pain. There are no incisions, no stitches, and no linear scar. Some results can be seen immediately with full results after nine months.
