Filler in my nose but blocked my sinus. Swelling in nose/around, under eye bruises. What can I do to fix myself?

I have swelling on both sides of nose/maxillary cheek area 2months after HA enzyme injected in my nose & bruises under both eyes.

Hi @worrrybug! I would recommend returning to your injector. If you are unhappy with the final results, you can reverse the filler with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Can the filler deform or displace due hard contact (punch) to the area, or touching it too much or another form of stimulus?

Filler can in fact move or get damaged just like fat can from trauma, but it is rare to cause any issues unless there is a major event.  I suggest speaking to your physician if you are concerned.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Any injections around the eyes with a foreign substance can cause potential blindness.  Experienced injectors and those who use cannulas are less likely for this to happen, it is rare anyway.  I suggest you see someone who is an expert for treatment.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Mare5 a complete consultation is necessary to come up with your best course of action.  When you smile a muscle called the orbicularis squeezes showing the bunching and lines. BUT you have been smiling for years! But because you have list volume around this area the smile lines are coming...
