It is difficult to assess your needs without pictures but it is good for tear trough as well as wrinkles around the eye if quality product is used. For best results a series of treatments is recommended and unlike traditional fillers it often takes time for results to fully be appreciated. Generally speaking PRP is not going to help with eye-hooding, a natural non-surgical treatment that can help with elevating the brow is Ultherapy. This procedure utilizes ultrasound frequency to generate heat leading to tissue contraction helping to elevate the brow which in turn can help with mild hooding.
