Submucous resection of bilateral inferior turbinates with bilateral anterior/posterior ethmoidectomies with maxillary antrostomi

I have had two sinus surgeries with the last being 2 years ago. I have struggled daily since with dryness burning, swelling and pain in my nose. I am able to breathe easily and my sinus cavities are not blocked but I get frequent infections. I do have a small hole in my anterior septum on CT. I have been back to my surgeon who states everything looks great and saw one other surgeon who said he didn't know why I had the dryness, pain, swelling and frequent infections either. Need specialist?
