Where would you recommend I get filler? (photos)

I am 36 years old. I always had empty cheeks and long face with nasolabial folds but as years go by it bothers me a lot. I tried to take pictures in bad lighting so that the problem is more clearly shown. Please let me know. Thank you

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. Based on your photos, I would say that you appear to be a good candidate for treatment with dermal fillers.  The fillers can add volume to your cheeks, and this treatment would also improve your nasolabial folds.

With loss of volume you also have some skin laxity.  You may want to consider something like Sculptra versus a traditional HA filler.  Though it takes longer to see results, they are longer lasting and help rebuild the collagen matrix of your skin.  I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Even though the photograph does not show your whole face, I can easily tell that you’re lacking cheeks. Your condition is inherited from your father most likely. The facial proportions can easily be restored with the use of your own fat. Fat transfer when performed by an expert plastic surgeon produces natural and permanent results.
