Concerned about incision. Looking very red/purple almost about 3/4cm thick near pubis area. Any suggestions?

Hi Marilyn,Yes this is common to have scar hypertrophy at the T junction after surgery.All scars respoind to pressure and oily atmosphere around like Olive oil, moisturizing creams, Vaseline massage 3 times a day and use of silicone sheets and so on.This needs to be done rather rigorously without everyday looking at progress since it slow to respond.Wish you all the best
