Fat transfer reconstruction - will donor sites feel change in sensation or sensitivity?

A few years ago I had gynecomastia surgery, and my surgeon removed more fat from the area than I would like. Now that I’m looking to get it fixed, I want to know if the donor site (obliques) will feel any change in sensation, sensitivity, or anything else that would change how my body feels to me.
