Bondage after fat transfer - would this affect my results?

I'm planning a fat transfer to my breast in the next 2 weeks but have a planned bondage session 1 month after. Would breast bondage affect my transfer? Basically what I want to know is how tight can I bind or how rough can I be with 4 weeks recovery?
