Thank you for your question. I am glad to hear that you are otherwise recovering well and that you are pleased with your reconstructed breasts. After liposuction (or a fat grafting donor site), it can take time - sometimes up to 6 months - for the swelling to subside and for things to return to normal. I have found that a lymphatic massage can help to hasten the decrease in swelling; but different Plastic Surgeons have varying protocols that you may want to investigate. The good news is that, in time, you should return to normal. So, patience is key! Best of luck!
