I recently got Otoplasty surgery and I am not very happy with my results. The right ear seems to stick out more than the left and it’s also cut very differently, The right sticks out further from my head. Both ears feel very pinned down at the top but they curl forward at the bottom. My surgeon said he could adjust the earlobes as they stick out more but I think the right ear needs more than that. What are my options and what can be done to fix it.
