Hello!Swelling and bruising is normal and should go away in a couple days. You will begin to see the final results after 1-2 weeks. If you are still not happy with the results, it can be removed with hyaluronidase and results can be seen almost immediately. Continue massaging and ice to help with the swelling. Talk to your doctor about the best treatment plan to address your concerns.Dr. Deepak Dugar Beverly Hills
Thank you for your question. I suggest that you discuss your recovery with your medical team or board certified facial plastic surgeon.Best wishes,
This can be typical after lip filler. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.I hope this helps!
Thank you for your question. It is not uncommon to have to have some swelling, bruising and lumps after lip injections which can take up to 2 weeks to resolve. You can apply cold compresses to the treated area to help reduce swelling and bruising. If this does not get better in 2 weeks, please follow up with your injector. Best of Luck!
Thanks for sharing your experience. I always suggest you discuss concerns with your injector! I don’t see anything abnormal in the photos, but that’s not a substitute for an examination. See my video link on managing swelling after injections.

Hi, it looks like your tear troughs have been overfilled from the pictures you have posted. All hyaluronic acid filler should dissolve eventually so things should go back to normal over time. Revolax is not a great filler for this area and difficult to dissolve (in my experience), so things...
Revolax is not FDA approved and so not available in the USA at this time. From what I know about it, it is a hyaluronic acid based filler and so it should be able to be combined with Juvederm Voluma.
Revolax is not approved in the US and surprised you had this done in the states. 2ml per side of an HA in a young person is alot of volume and I'm not sure that this is swelling. It just might be product. I would have another visit with your provider and go over things. I assume that this can be...
Thanks for your question! First time lip filler can be a great experience but like any new experience, it is important to know what to expect. Most patients will experience 48-72 hours of swelling followed by a period where some small lumps and bumps my be felt. The great thing with the li...
