Are my lips uneven and lumpy due to swelling or uneven filler? I had 1ml Revolax deep injected thurs 25th jan. (Photos)

This can be typical after lip filler. Icing, cold compresses and ibuprofen can give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed.

There can be some swelling and/or lumps after lip injections which can last 1-2 weeks. You can apply firm pressure between two fingers on the lips for a few days, for 5 mins a time, in order to help decrease swelling and even out the lumps. If you're unhappy with your final results you can have it reversed and try a different technique next time. Best, Dr. Emer

Lydia.   I see what you mean, but I would wait at least one week to allow the swelling and bruising to settle down. If there is still asymmetry, this can be treated at that time with a touchup procedure. However I would ask an MD to evaluate your situation, preferably a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist. Best of luck.

Thank you for your question. It is not uncommon to have to have some swelling, bruising and lumps after lip injections which can last up to 2 weeks. You can apply cold compresses to the treated area to help reduce swelling and bruising. If this does not get better in 2 weeks, please follow up with your injector. Best of Luck!
