Hi Crysyal1, Swelling is normal upto a week post filler injection. Some have it even longer. The good news is that you don't have discoloration or blanching. Observe post-op care, including not exercising heavily.Please see your injector if the swelling does not begin to subside by the 5th day. Revolax is not FDA approved and so not available in the USA at this time. From what I know about it, it is a hyaluronic acid based filler and so it should be able to be combined with Juvederm Voluma.
