Squat exercise after BBL?

Question

Would doing squats after bbl affect the results or improve them.? After I've healed of course. Thank you in advance

I appreciate your question.Doing squats after BBL should not increase muscle mass too much.  I would wait 2 months before resuming them.

The best way to assess and give
true advice would be an in-person exam.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us.A healthy lifestyle is always encouraged and welcomed. This does not however ensure that you will retain more or less fat cells.  In my patients, they can expect between 60-80% of the fat to survive.  The survival rate depends both on the genetics of your body and the skill of the surgeon.  Post surgery, you should follow the plan laid out to you by your surgeon, and avoid putting pressure on your backside (sitting) when possible.My recommendation is that you find an ASPS board certified surgeon in your area who specializes in the BBL, and set up an in person consult. Hello dear!!
Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
You can maintain your BBL results permanently  with exercise and a clean diet. Lifting, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition and achieve a more projected buttocks.
If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Hello, its a very good question, regularly gym exercises can begin after 3rd month, squats will increase muscular mass of your buttocks so it can theoretically improve the contour of them, but if you lose weight buttocks volume will diminish, the same if you gain weight, the volume will increase.
