As you can see in the photos, I have one side of my face that is larger than the other, around my cheek/jaw. My cheeks don’t line up when I smile. Is this something I can resolve with facial aesthetics, or is it a case or surgery such as buccal fat removal?

Based on the pictures, it is impossible to determine where exactly in the face the lump is located. Please resubmit the pictures with arrows pointing to the specific area of the face where the lump is located to provide more accurate feedback.

It doesn't appear that you have significant eyebags. The extra skin can be removed with a skin pinch blepharoplasty. Simultaneously fat can be grafted to your lower eyes but I prefer fat from the abdomen.
