As you can see in the photos, I have one side of my face that is larger than the other, around my cheek/jaw. My cheeks don’t line up when I smile. Is this something I can resolve with facial aesthetics, or is it a case or surgery such as buccal fat removal?

It doesn't appear that you have significant eyebags. The extra skin can be removed with a skin pinch blepharoplasty. Simultaneously fat can be grafted to your lower eyes but I prefer fat from the abdomen.
