I just had gynecomastia surgery as well as tummy lyposuction yesterday in mexico city. I specifically told the doctor i wanted the glands removed. I woke up and saw my areola wasnt cut the doctor cut me through my armpit. When i woke up he told me the glands came out through the armpit and there was no need to cut from the nipple area. Is this truthful? Though my chest looks flat at the moment can a gland be removed through just lype from the armpit also my belly looks the same.
