When I smile, the area under my eyes appears puffier, and the corners of my eyes tilt upward in an unnatural way. Is there a way to relax the muscles so that my eyes maintain a consistent appearance whether I’m smiling or not? Additionally, my nose widens when I smile, and I’m curious about how rhinoplasty could address this. Since there are several other aspects of my nose and eyes I’d like to improve, would it be challenging for a surgeon to make all these adjustments in one procedure?
