7 weeks ago I had a 3000 FUE hair transplant (2500 in front and hairline, 500 in crown) in Istanbul. Now around 7 weeks I am worrying that the skin looks very shiny under light and I am scared that this will be permanent scar tissue? The recipient area also feels a bit raised at the hairline... I am affraid it is cobblestoning or ridging or both... On the left side I can clearly feel a ridge with my fingers on the new hairline. You can see this in the last picture (I added a caption to it).

Great question. In my personal and experienced opinion, it is too soon to mention any scarring in the recipient area after 7 weeks PO.  Be patient. It may be still related to the normal wound healing process (redness, edema). I will suggest you to contact your hair surgeon for further evaluation. Good luck.
