Pores are normal! You look beautiful. You may benefit from topical retinoids that will improve skin texture with time. Peels, microneedling or some lasers may be helpful, but the pores may come back again with time. These procedures do not cause skin thinning but rather improve skin turnover and appearance. Choose an experienced provider because side effects (specifically pigmentation) are more common on darker skin types. Good luck!
