dIve done 2 rf and 1 vampire so far last 4 months - Wondering what's my best option going forward? (photos)

Did a tca high strength peel at home 10 years ago as a teen for acne scars and messed up , didn't let it naturally peel off I started picking at it ( I know very dumb, one of my biggest regrets in life ) left scarring all overe my face but all seem like minor scars where u can't see them unless you are close and then you see countless tiny little scars. My skin is light(2/3). The scars to me seem superficial (not too deep ). Wondering what's my best option going forward.
