The posted pictures look like spider veins and sclerotherapy would be the treatment of choice. If the veins are too small to accommodate a 33 gauge needle then topical laser could be tried but laser does not always work well on leg spider veins.
It is difficult to tell from the photo if the veins are large enough to be treated by sclerotherapy.
