Hello. From your photo, it appears that you are interested in knowing what would help with lines in the lip itself. A touch of filler would add volume to the lip, but you already have fullness of the upper lip so I would be cautious in how much you put in. I hope this helps. I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting, and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. I suggest seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer

Hi @Katie15485! Botox is a brand name neurotoxin similar to Xeomin and Dysport that weakens muscle activity. Botox will help to address the wrinkles you are experiencing around your eye. All the best!
Do you know how many units of Botox you received? We have not seen such dramatic reduction in the size of masseters, and we use around 50u per side, depending on the condition. This will completely wear off in 3-4 months, and should not have sequelae. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
