Stylage is approved by the FDA for use in the U.S. My preferred filler for the tear troughs is Restylane. I like to work with Restylane Refyne/Defyne and Restylane when treating the lips although Juvederm Ultra works well too.
The Stylage just like the other HA fillers is FDA approved however it is at the preference of the physician and patient witch one will be used
Prostolane is not used in US it is more used in Europe Kybella is expensive it is painful and the results are not all that great For non invasive I would use more of the reshaping and tightening with Radio frequency for 6 sessions witch is 3 rd of the price of Kybella and better results

I have tried out the Accuvein and similar devices and have not found them as helpful as I thought they would be. I find slow, low pressure injection, and microcannulas are best for minimizing bruising.
