From the photos you submitted, it does not look that you have a big asymmetry and certainly do not need surgery. Remember, everyone is asymmetric to some degree. Invisalign is a good option to improve your bite. Just make sure you find a good orthodontist and NOT a general dentist who is doing some invisalign occasionally. Find an orthodontist with good experience with invisalign and he or she will be able to help you.
