I am 1m48/40kg. Breast size: 80cm A cup/breasts base: 11.25cm I do not wish to increase necessarily in cup size but get more fullness in my breast. I selected Motiva Ergonomix 160cc mini profile (Motiva chart: advised for 10cm base). The surgeon wanted initially to go for 220cc but I felt it was looking way too big! He told me that by selecting a smaller base of breast implant, there is a risk of loose skin. Do you have experience in using a smaller breast implant base than the natural body breast base?
