Is it safe for me to remove the mole using the pen? (Photo)

Question

I have a small mole under my right eye and I'd like to get rid of it. Last year I went to a doctor (cosmetics) and he underwent the removal by using plasma laser. Recently, I see some videos about mole removal pen. My questions are: 1. Is it safe for me to remove the mole using the pen? 2. If I remove the mole by using this pen, is there any guarantee that the mole won't grow back? Thanks in advance

Benign vs. malignant moles should be examined by an expert to determine risk and the need for a biopsy. Non-surgical options exist to help reduce scarring. Minimizing scar tissue is paramount and can be achieved by employing laser treatments and post-treatment scar therapy.

The best way to remove a mole is with a close shave procedure. This will shave it flat and leave as minimal a mark behind as possible, assuming you follow good post care.  I don't know the pen you are referring to - perhaps it's something only available in Germany? "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
