Is it possible to fix uneven abdominal etching? (Photos)

I had abdominal etching done 2 years ago, and I'm not happy with the results. I feel it looks too fake when viewed from the front. I am 5'6, 130lb and exercise regularly.

Correcting to previous rounds of liposuction is going to be difficult and at this point you may need to consider throwing in the towel and not have more liposuction. Each individual area of concern needs to be assessed individually. Most likely many areas at this point have been over treated...

The photo you show is not realistic, especially for you. If you have some residual fat or areas not treated, you could meet with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussed what realistically could be done.
