Do I need a Double-Jaw-Surgery or a Lower-Jaw-Surgery? (photos)

My surgery is in 1 Month: my surgeon wants to advace my lower jaw by 6mm (optional with genioplasty). I said i want more, so bimax+CCW rotation is the 2nd option. Whats the best option for me? My philtrum is already prominent and i dont show my gum while smiling.. Pure aestheics for me. > What do you think is the best option for a good jawline? > Will the bimax + CCW rotation destroy my facial harmony from the front? (cheeckbones are falling behind etc) > should i do a genioplasty too?

The downgrading of your maxilla will of course lengthen your face exactly by the number of mm downgrafted. It is simple math. Likewise a lenghrhenig Genioplasty will do the same and will lengthen the lower 1/3 of your face from the lip commissure downward and it will stretch your skin as you asked.
