I am looking for a drastic improvement in tooth visibility, better lip projection and to stop/ improve lower facial compression. I'd like a more masculine mouth, chin and jaw.I have a class II deep bite and I am currently undergoing orthodontic treatment ( braces) to improve teeth visibility / bite. However I don't think this alone will be enough to achieve the radical change that I am looking for. Would this surgery be a good option?
