I got bumps in the bottom of my cheeks and nasolabial folds after fat grafting. Can it be swelling/or fat slipped down? (Photo)

I had a fat grafting to my cheeks a 1,5 y. ago, 50ml. After it my cheeks were huge. Later I lost some volume in the middle of my cheeks. But I still have excessive volume on the sides of my mouth and below. I also still have excessive volume along my nasolabial folds. My Dr says those are areas where a cannula hit the most, i.e. they were traumatized. I had ultrasound check by another Dr, he says there is no scars, fibrosis, etc, that it is a fat tissue - and it looked like it retains a liquid.
